The Maps of India CD Ver 4.0 containing 4000 map images with the option of advanced search, section on world maps and ISD codes was launched in 2005 in a very stylish box packaging. Another important feature was location search for over 35000 places and a section on select national highways. The interface of the CD had undergone a drastic change as well. The CD was now more user-friendly than before with search and help options becoming more prominent and efficient with advancement of technology.
